Reception Director

Just like it says, this person directs your entire reception.

Pre-Wedding- He sits down with you at the Wedding Reception Planning Meeting, prior to your big day, and helps you put together the perfect reception.  He reviews all the music you have selected for your reception, so there are no mistakes. At this meeting he also learns your likes and dislikes, what you want and don’t want for your reception, and gets to know you and your fiancé.  So he can make your reception unique and personalized to you.

Wedding Day:  He organizes and controls the flow of the reception.  He makes sure that everyone in your wedding party knows where they are supposed to be, and when they are supposed to be there.  He gives them cue spots and cue times, just like a movie director.  To your guests it appears that the reception has been rehearsed and the reception progresses very smoothly.  He also coordinates with your other wedding vendors so no great shot is missed by the photographer/videographer and the banquet hall is abreast of everything that is going on. He also waits on your wedding party hand and foot to ensure no one has to lift a finger, or stress about anything.  He takes care of every need.

We have even unclogged toilets!

Primary DJ

He organizes the music that you have pre-selected into a playlist.  He manipulates each track, based on your desires, so each song starts where you want.  He keeps constant communication with the Reception Director, so each song is played right on cue.
